I ordered a pizza for delivery. The pizza they delivered was seriously undercooked. I called to get a replacement pizza and was... told by the employee that they could replace the pizza, but couldn't guarantee the replacement pizza would be cooked properly. Iasked to speak to the manager and was told I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to speak to the manager. After waiting 20minutes I put my shoes on and drove over to the store. When I got to the store the phone was sitting on the counter and themanager was making pizzas. Total call time on my phone was 40 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager. After 5 more minutes themanager came over and stated that due to what I ordered on the pizza they often come out under cooked. I asked isnt that whattheir "quality check" step is supposed to catch?she had no answer. If they know certain combinations of toppings could result inan undercooked pizza, isn't something they should watch for? They finally cooked me a replacement pizza that was perfect.Customer service was horrible. I shouldn't have to wait on hold for 30 minutes. I shouldn't have to drive to the store to havea problem addressed satisfactorily. They eventually made it right, but it shouldn't be this difficult. I can't pick my place for delivery, selected for me... however, this (domino's 12th ave Nampa Idaho) has the longest delivery... time out of all around.... 1.5 hrs for my pizza? Why? Every time I order. Any day of the week...its over 1.5 hrs for pizza. If i wanted to wait that long I'd go to a nice pizza place! Read more
ordered 3 pizzas under the 3 topping for 7.99 deal-, walked in and told we would be waited on- waited and waited and waited-... then saw our pizzas sitting on the rack- got home- all 3 pizzas were cold and dried out- went with extra cheese, noticed nodifference, hardly any sauce, felt like i was eating dried old pizza , something you may find at little caesars, except, atlittle caesars it would be cheaper and the pizza would be at least a bit more moist. in short, everything tasted dried out.nothing tasted fresh Read more
Excellent carryout coupons! Large pizza for $8 ($9 because I added 4 toppings, not 3, w/e), can't beat that. Ordered takeout... tonight, pizza was ready within 20 minutes and they didn't skimp on the toppings! Love these guys, especially compared to theother 3 chains in town. This store consistently takes an hour (usually more) to deliver food with no warning about wait time. My food has been in the... quality check stage for an hour now so when I get it i'm sure it will be cold. :( Additionally, there is always at least onemistake with our order. As much as I love the buffalo chicken pizza, I cannot recommend buying it from them because they willleave out the buffalo sauce 9 times out of 10. Read more
I love getting domino's. It's convenient and good quality for the price. But every single time I order my preferred pizza, which... includes extra BBQ sauce, someone making it is acting like there's a shortage of it. I wouldn't normally leave a review, but ithappens so often, I felt it was necessary. Read more
Pretty unhappy with this most recent experience. I placed my order at 10pm, fell asleep waiting on the order that never came, no... options to cancel the order. Came home from work to find the food has been sitting there since 11am just feeding the cats. 10out of 10 will never order from here again Read more
