If I could rate this location of zero I would but it will only go as low as one. The manager is absolutely the most... uncompassionate person I have ever spoken to. We placed an order here and my husband could not make it due to a car accident andshe refused to refund the order. Never ordering from this location again. Read more
Drive through pick-up is a plus. Words to the wise: Don't make notes on your online order! They won't get it until much later.... Pearl, working the counter, was great. She was slammed with a drive-up customer, two phone customers and myself, a slightlyirritated costumer having to wait an extra 20 minutes for her order. Pearl handled it with grace and aplomb. She was veryapologetic about the online mix-up. We love their Bobba Tea. The teriyaki bowls are not quite as good as I remember though. Iwas a little disappointed. Meh. Less veggies, no broccoli. The orange chicken part of it was good. Actually, that's all I ate ofmy bowl. Plus they don't serve udon noodles anymore. I loved those. So probably would have rated it a 3 based on the teriyakibowl, but gave it a 4 because of the Bobba Tea and the good service. Read more
Food was good and service was excellent. A few who have reviewed have said amazing food but I am not there. I think the price... point is high for this style of place. I wouldn?t go back at these prices because they are competing with a full servicerestaurant at their price point and this is not that place. I say average food with excellent service but overpriced.
