I don?t know the name of my delivery driver today. The order was placed around 11:40 and delivered at 12:40. I live in an... apartment complex and normally I tip the drivers well because I understand the possible confusion, but no driver has ever yelledat me or lectured me when I opened my door. This older lady was clearly frustrated and took it out on me, raising her voice,saying how she was about to turn around and go back because what is wrong with me and did I expect her to walk up and down everyset of stairs looking for me. That is precisely what an address is for. After ranting/lecturing me for 3 minutes she gave me mypizza and asked to keep my receipt? When I shut my door I heard her yelling and complaining all the way down the stairs. Nothingwrong with the food though. Read more

Horrible, absolutely HORRIBLE and disrespectful employees. Waited an hour and a half for a Pizza, called to check on it and the... order was never placed. Instead of offering solutions the employees were giggling and passing the phone off to one another. Oneemployee stated to me ?if you think this is so preposterous then You are welcome to come and apply to be a driver or a cook.? Imyself work 2 jobs. 6 days a week. Some days putting in 17 hour days. I understand that it is extremely difficult to find goodemployees willing to work. But it is not ok to disrespect customers. Not happy, never going back. And can guarantee most peopleI know won?t go back because of this. FYI Pizza Hut, Kindness and customer service goes a long way. Read more

Went in yesterday for a pick up and met the manager, very kind and professional, quick to help us upon arrival, ensured all our... food was there and correct and sent us on our way. awesome employees and fantastic work place very clean sanitized and usually little busy amazing pizza. Come in and order your... food in person or do delivery carry out or pick up and leave a nice complement about the employee taking your order on the phoneor in person and always have a smile. I ordered delivery and my order arrived exactly two hours after placing the order. I am aware of the common staff shortages... everywhere, but at least they could update the delivery time on their order tracking and keep the pizza warm that way the clientwon't receive a cold pizza after the two hour wait. Thank you to the delivery person who I am sure is very busy! Read more

I ordered carryout and waited in the store for my food. The wait time was quick. The store was clean. The manager came out a few... times to give me updates on the food which was very nice. They then showed me the pizza before giving it to me and they alllooked great and were correct. The pizza tasted great. He mentioned they recently changed owners and management and shared thepositive changes they were making. I am excited for them! Read more

For the longest time, I have been 100% Pizza Hut! Since High School! I haven't had their pizza in a long time. Since the... pandemic, money is tight. It's hard enough to roll out of a drive through line, with the correct items ordered. I was sick andin need of some food. So I sprung $25 for a One-Topping-Stuffed Crust Large pizza, some breadsticks and I also added extramarinara sauce. Simply because when one is wanting some delicious warm sauce and cheese filled pizza and some deliciousbreadsticks, what is not to stop them? I completed my Online order, tabbed into getting Text alerts regarding my order. Theorder was placed at 4:45pm with a guarantee of 35-45 min delivery. Not only was I never notified of the "tracking", I waited anhr and 15 mins later to call and find out what the delay was. I work in the field of food delivery. I understand there areissues and/or complications during any transactions, but these delivery drivers work solely for this company. The delivery cameand upon discovery, I found the essentials, even being a $0.70 marinara sauce, to complete the experience, was missing. The foodwas COLD, the breadsticks were over cooked and there was absolutely NO sauce in the pizza! See pix! I have completed the survey,made an online complaint and called Customer service! All which will do nothing for me. This is such an extreme example of howthose who are suppose to be there for "us", and be the reason to believe this world isn't crumbling before us, that regardless,no one seems to care and I haven't seen one thing done to fix the situation. For the future, I hope your experience is farbetter than mine, yet I will no longer put my hard earned money into a corporation which can't even follow through with the mostsimple job they have, which is to make good quality products, deliver them on time and take accountability for their misstatesand create solutions for them! Ordered delivery and half my order was incorrect. Missing toppings I paid extra for, giant bubble on pizza made incorrectly... when trying to call was placed on hold for 10+ min to be hung up on. Read more
