When we arrived at the drive thru, there was one car waiting at the window. There were maybe five cars at various stalls. We... ordered three double cheese burgers, a large jalapeños, poppers and a family sized mozzarella sticks. We pulled to the windowand paid immediately. Then we waited. We watched as cars behind us were served and pulled away. We watched as cars that parkedafter we ordered were served. We even watched as am employee went on break. I watched as employees walked past the windowseveral times, ignoring my existence. I waited for twenty three (yes 23) minutes until my order was handed to me. I asked tospeak to the manager, who was obviously irritated that I asked to speak to her. She was standing right there on the floorignoring me at the window the entire time as well. I explained that I wasn't very happy with the way that my order was handled.She asked me "what do you want?". I feel like acknowledging the customer, apologizing for the wait and maybe even offering asoda would have went a long way. Instead I spent almost $30 and 23 minutes for attitude and mediocre burgers. UPDATE: their stalls are back to normal, this place is great at getting orders out fast again!! Even tho I love sonic slushes,... I don't really like going to this sonic. The employees are great, but they're always backed up since all but 4 stalls areclosed; which only leaves their drive thru open and the line is always so long, past the restaurant even. It's too bad too sinceI'm usually always around this area for work. I hope they open some stalls soon ???? Read more

This was our second time at this location. The first time we had fairly good service, but this time not so much. We arrived at... 6:48pm and the woman taking our order had a hard time getting the order correct and we only ordered a #7 combo and a corn dog.As the time ticked by, we watched Drive-Thru flow right along. As more cars parked next to us, we were still waiting for ourorders to be delivered, so were several others. Finally, at 7:08pm our meal arrives. We had planned on eating there, hence whywe didn't go through the Drive-Thru, but at this point we were ready to go home. Unfortunately, the fries were cool upon arrivalto our vehicle, but we didn't want to spend anymore time there, so luckily we have a microwave at home. Sadly, we will not begoing to this location again. We just happened to be in the area, but we usually go to the 12th Ave location. Maybe they shouldtape off some stalls again, as they did during the pandemic. Clearly they don't have enough employees to work at this busylocation. Read more

I went and got 4 blasts, got all of them but one of the cup was broken from the side over half of it was, and they just stuck it... in another cup. Which Garrity sonic does not do. I will be only ordering from Garrity sonic now. Read more

This is the second bad experience at Sonic in a row. The first was in Caldwell, so we decided we'd never go to that location... again. We had faith that the nampa location would provide us with great service. Unfortunately this was not the case. We had asimple order; corn dogs and a 44 Oz. Strawberry Limeade with extra Strawberry. After ordering, we waited about 15-20 minutes.Someone arrived after us and received their food first. It was at that point I pushed the button and asked where our food was.The employee didn't seem to care and conveniently enough, right after I'd asked, someone came out with our food. It was obviouswe were forgotten about. The drink was a medium and we told our car hop it wasn't correct. She grabbed the drink and reallydidn't say much. She brought the correct size but there was basically no Strawberry flavoring in our drink. It was basicallyjust a sprite. Waste of money, time and faith in Sonic. Charmain (Charm) is an amazing employee!! We realized too late that we ordered food 5 minutes before closing, but she was so... kind and thoughtful about it. She not only gave us our order, but she also gave us coupons for the longer wait because the stovehad already been turned off. Charm is an absolute legend, please give her a raise. Read more

Ordered from the app today and could not have been more disappointed. The buns on our burgers were fully cold and the burgers... themselves were room temp. They left out the sauces we ordered. Read more

5/09/2022 - 4 Stars COVID staffing issues are causing slow service most everywhere we go, here is no different. Strange to see... a Sonic with all the stalls closed off. We got our food in a very reasonable amount of time. We stopped here as we werepassing by on a trip.
