I come here all the time and this morning when I got my normal Dr Pepper when I would drink I would get like a gritty sand like... substance in my mouth. So I dumped out my soda and at the bottom there was exactly that. I?ve been doing some research and it?sdue to poor cleaning of the soda machine and it could possibly be mold that?s very harmful. Got 2 sonic blasts... 1 cookie dough and 1 snickers. All we got was a cup full of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of toppings... on top. Nothing blended, no syrup or caramel. HORRIBLE AND NOT WORTH IT! I'll go somewhere else next time. This sucks!! Wasn'teven enough to blend in ourselves. What a disappointment! Could have bought a tub of ice cream for less cost. I hadn't been to this Sonic in a very long time... then I realized why I hadn't been... I was in the Drive thru line from 3:24... to 3:53pm for three items! Not 3 combos, but 3 items. That is way too long of a wait for "fast food." Read more

Apologies for the long winded review but there was a lot to say about my experience this evening. If not for the awesome staff I... would have given it a 2. This evening Sonic had 1/2 shakes and upon my arrival it was super busy (as expected). However, Iparked in a stall acknowledging a little time for other patrons. Placed my order for 2 shakes and one gift card. I was under theimpression that the stall kiosk would accept my payment and naturally proceeded. I watched as the machine?s monitor flickeredand then it had completely rebooted itself. After the boot, I could visibly see several dead pixels on the monitor. I didn?tthink much of my wait until a vehicle had parked in the stall next to me (5 people inside) ordered a lot of food and receivedtheir order after 10 min. I then pressed the kiosk button again and informed the worker I had not received my gift card ordrinks. ?Oh Nobody said there was a gift card on the order? was the response. I was then greeted with Tiffany and she was such adelight to converse with. She apologized profusely, gave the gift card and 3 sonic tokens. In exchange I gave my card forpayment and she returned with my shakes. I was there for 45 min and had every right to be upset, but this brief exchange andchat with Tiffany enlightened me to a few things needing addressed. My anger and frustration is pointed at the owner of thislocation and or general manager. None of the stall kiosks have functioning card readers!!! The staff was seen continually making2 trips per vehicle (a separate trip to deliver order and another to accept payment). Whomever leads this location needs to becalled to attention that if they expect ?the help? to function autonomously, then the staff need all proper, functioning toolsin order to do so!! The only silver lining was Tiffany and I hope the remaining staff are just as great. Read more

Food quality was horrible. The chicken sliders are a complete disappointment. For the price, it is a crime. Only good thing from... this store was the service, which was fairly quick and friendly, but nothing above average. Posted are the photos of what Sonicadvertises their sandwich as, and what it actually looked like. Disgusting. Read more

This is what I got when I ordered popcorn chicken and tots. A piece of frozen chicken slapped on a burnt bun with wilted lettuce... and 2 slimy tomatoes. Went right to the garbage. Cost me $21.00 for that. It was almost like they knew it was door dash so justthrew something in a bag and gave it to the driver. Zero ownership by the gal I talked to. The receipt in the bag was correctbut the food sure wasn't. She saysI can drive down there and get the correct order if I want dinner. I'm done using them anddoor dash. Get it together!! Read more
