Stopped in for a drink while waiting for my tires to get fixed across the street.
This is the worst starbucks I have been to by far. The drive thru signs are disgusting and seemed like they?ve never been... cleaned. The baristas were kind and the girl at the window was amazing, but as for everything else, it was a terribleexperience. They didn?t ask me for my name for the order, my drink was not light ice like i asked, and my sandwich was totallyfalling apart in the bad and the bread was too hard like it was left in the oven for too long. This place makes me ashamed to bea Starbucks barista. How embarrassing. Read more
Horrible every time in the morning. Nonconsistent drinks. Today the line was so long I went in and 2 people were served before... me. The excuse was they were doing all the mochas first. I ordered a venti latte. It was obvious they missed my drink! Theywouldn?t give me a voucher! Read more
Worst run location in the valley. They are ALWAYS out of most of their items. Cant even get a straw for your drink anymore.... Really need better management for such a busy location. Read more

Best Starbucks I've been to. Fast friendly service. Luke made my toasted mocha perfect. Great store, I'll be back!
Good food and good Drinks. But customer service isn't the best and they didn't get my order correct and I had to go back through... the drive thru and there were 8 cars in line ahead of me. So frustrating that they couldn't just listen to my order and get itcorrect. How hard is it to make 2 impossible breakfast sandwich with NO EGG AND NO CHEESE!? Anyways make sure they read yourorder back so they get it right and check your order before you pull away. Read more
