this wendys is god awful. This is the second time ive gone here after living in nampa for a month from kuna. I love the kuna... location. I even worked there so i know how a wendys is supposed to be ran? Last time i went it took them over 20 mins to talkto me so i was able to pay. I know work gets busy.. But at some point u gotta prioritize customers. Food was good so no issuethere. Except this time, i get my food and the fries were so salty that i couldnt even eat then without cringing. What happened Wendy's? Remember the days of the nice big square Hot & Juicy Wendy's burgers and the food was so good. Well not... anymore. The food we got tonight was the worst we have ever eaten at any fast food restaurant. We didn't even finish the food itwas so bad. It was cold, the fries were cold the buns were cold the cheese wasn't melted I don't know what kind of cheesethey're using but it was horrible and tasted funny. The burgers are small, tiny. My son ordered a double and only got asingle. The food seemed like it had been sitting there for a while and the fries were gross. I do appreciate the girl in thefabulous pink hair , she had great customer service and was really upbeat. Thank you. But sorry we will not go back, the food isthe worst. Read more

Great service and I love there food
Manager was extremely rude and yelled at a customers that walked in before the dine in area closed. Made a big scene in front of... everyone in the store which everyone was uncomfortable and some even said wow rude. Made me want to reconsider coming back to myonce favorite place and spend my money. The manager definitely put a bad taste in my mouth by how rude she was! Hope she seesthis and tries to be kinder or maybe step down to let someone kinder be manager to the customers! Read more
Fast and clean. Workers seem to be on top of everything. However not on top on seeing mold on the food they give out, sadly.... Went up and showed that there was mold on the bun. And was discreet and kind about it. Had the burger switched out. Ordered abaked potato as well and didn't open it til got home. Which when I opened it I saw some mold on it as well. At first thought itwas dried bacon grease and warmed it up. Nope it was mold. Ended up throwing it out and upset. Read more
Usually I have no issues with this location but... Placed a mobile order. Got it home to find missing food, no dipping sauces... for the nuggets we did get, and not one but 2 hairs in my fries (one looked like white animal hair while the other was curly andblonde). Tried to call to speak with a manager but after over 20 minutes of trying, no one could bother to answer the phone.Spent over $60 for a bunch of mistakes and frankly inedible fries with a side of hair... I haven?t been to wendys in years but last week i wanted wendys. Took us 25 minutes to be helped then they messed up my food... because they ?lost the order?. As I was waiting for my food to be done there was a worker there with very colorful hair and shekept scratching her head then touching the food, no gloves. I?ve used to work in fast food so I understand how crazy it gets butthis was just so ridiculous. Then I came through the drive through and the food actually made me nauseous, food was not done andlooked like someone sat on my burger then bagged it. Please do better wendys. Read more
