Stood at counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Cashier proceeded to continue filling to-go bags. Waited another... few minutes and left. If you're too busy to even take an order within a reasonable amount of time then maybe you need more staffand better training. Just my opinion. Lost my business though, won't be back any time soon. App is super glitchy, coupon codes don't actually work, arrived and the employees are completely disinterested in helping.... Nobody here seems to care about customer service. Only good part was the 'review us on Google' QR code in the front made thisreview easy! Read more

For almost $16 you can get 2 teen burgers with no combo, and moldy buns! That was our experience yesterday. There doesn't seem... to be much quality control. Thank you for the prompt refund. Sadly won't be stopping here again. Read more

Root beer tasted watery with a chemical taste. Take out cups were filled too full so was foaming out of the lid and dripping... everywhere. I had to dump a bunch out before I could put them in the car. Beyond meat burger looked and tasted like it had beensitting for hours under a heat lamp - very dry. They forgot 1 teen burger. Won't be going back. Read more

I am an A&W follower and have been for years. This Turner road branch is going from bad to worse, if that is possible. I had... decided not to go back because of the bad food and cold food a couple of weeks ago, but, I have in to my inner self and wentback last night. When I asked for my root beed in a mug, the lady server said the freezer was broken and we needed to use papercups. Life goes on. While I was waiting for my order, another lady came up to order and asked the fellow that was serving herfor a cold mug. He said for sure and reached into the freezer and got her one. She told him that I had been told there were nomugs tonight so he asked me if I wanted a mug and poured my paper cup root beer into a mug. The lady server took him into theback room and said something to him. all the while this was happening, my food was in their serving area getting cold and thetwo of them finally decided that it was my order sitting there and gave it to me. It was very cool and not good tasting. Endof the road for me, and I have been a faithful A&W client since the days the roller skates in Winnipeg. Needs some newmanagement at that store. Read more

Just got home from the drive-thru. I should have known it would be bad when an A&W drive thru is fast. Poured my onion rings out... and they looked like this lol. Actually COLD. Soggy. Not even warm. Most of the batter just fell right off them. I have them inthe oven as we speak to make them a little bit better. I haven?t even looked at the burger yet. I?m scared. Well, this was oneway to throw away $16 Read more

The spicy chicken burger I ordered via drive through had a big spot of mold on the bottom of the bun, unfortunately I didn?t see... it until I consumed half of the sandwich and part of the mold already! I had to question the quality control of this place, andmaybe even the ethics of the location, either the staff didn?t see the big mold on the bun (quality control) while making theburger, or they saw it but made it anyway (ethics), absolutely shocking and disgusting! When you pay more than what you'd pay the competition, one would rightly expect a finer and better product. I have had better... sandwiches than the one in the picture with the same number of components and/or ingredients, and for an equal or lesser price.Being a fastfood joint is no excuse for a lack of quality or a lack of basic culinary skills. Please, train your people betterand maintain a service standard, especially for the drive thru service. People are paying 50 dollars and more for the food, itwould be right to expect at least an 'above average' standard of service. Read more
