Lovely and hospitable staff and the quality of foods was perfect ????
Today was Pasta Tuesday so my wife and I decided to come to Boston after the lunch rush was over. The food was outstanding as... usual with enough to take home for later, the service was fantastic, and the restaurant was spotless. I have to say our serveragain was fantastic... she was awesome, so this place remains one of my all-time top places to eat so I decided to update myoriginal review... but this time I'm including pictures. Well it was a big toss up between sushi ????, Cactus ???? or Boston Pizza ????, so we decided on Boston ???? as we had not been... for a long time as their service is not normally that great. But we felt like pizza and pasta. We arrived and we well greetedby a friendly young man and then escorted to a table but decided instead to sit outside on the patio with it being a great nightand there was no one else out there. We were then greeted by a lovely young lady who had a very hospitable nature and happydemeanour. She ordered our drinks promptly and was very attentive and we then gave our full order to her. She nailed it in everyway. Went above and beyond with serving our drinks and bringing out the food. She made our evening great, with her greatconversations and super friendly personality. Her name was also very unique being Meadow and honestly gave us the BEST serviceever, above any Boston Pizza we have been to over the many years of taking hockey teams to dinners. Her service was authenticand genuine and she actually showed that she enjoyed her work and having us as her guests, very rare these days. She has anextremely bright future ahead of her with all her great ambitions and dreams. She sure knows how to work for them and give allshe can to what she does. She would be the manager of the restaurant as the manager is no where near her level of service. Iordered the lasagna expecting a a traditional delicious lasagna but instead got a bowl of weird flat noodles mixed with sometomato sauce with very little meat sauce and topped with cheese. Not good at all!! I only had a few bites and then left the therest. Don’t try it! You will be very disappointed! Not once did the manager check on us even though the restaurant only had ahandful of tables and then when I sent my meal back she didn’t even show up to apologise or enquire! Food was great, but service was horible. Server would just come, drop off food and drinks, then dissappear. The hostess and... other servers were more attentive then our actual server. After entrees were served it took an hour to even get a dessert menuand after dessert another 45 mins before we saw her again for our bills. Wasn't very busy, and every table around us was empty. 4.5 star!! One large Royal and a large Great Canadian... The crust was perfect, freshest toppings on the Royal (I like shrimp... again!) and totally loved the cheese loaded Great Canadian.. Best "chain" pizzas we've had in a very long time Read more

This has got to be the slowest Boston pizza we’ve visited. There were only about 3-5 tables seated. We arrived at 4:15pm on a... Thursday. Took until 4:30 for someone to come take our order and food did not arrive until almost 5:15pm. This was not a busytime. Relative to our regular mainland BPs, It is very slow.
