Cheap meals. If you are strapped for money, they have good deal for $5.99 (2 cheeseburgers, fries and small pop) don't upside,... it gets expensive and better off with one of their other meals. Mozzarella sticks seem over cooked and leads me to think theyare old- ask for fresh and not over cooked and you got good ones. Read more

Tried ordering through multiple order apps and they declined every attempt then shut down the restaurant. I tried calling to ask... if they'd open up for orders but the Indians declined my call repeatedly. Just wanted an easy lazy Sunday meal but as long asIndians run the show, it's bound for failure. They don't know how to run a business and they let it fall to the ground forlaziness and reasons to sit around on their phones while continuing to ignore their job day after day. Refused coupons, never have I have a fast food chain fight so hard to not want customers. This is not the first time I have run... into issues at this restaurant. Every other fast food chain I have been to in Nanaimo has allowed more than one coupon - SOsince they do no want my service I will not be returning as a customer and will be telling my friends & family to avoid BurgerKing as well. We Ordered chicken fries and fish burger with nuggets. Chicken fingers and nuggets were awesome . The fish burger was... horrible. It was slimy and soggy and had the most horrid smell. Read more
Me and my husband went to this Burger King few mints ago(I.e. October 20,2021 at 8.41pm) We order a spicy chicken burger with... extra sauce , extra onions and no lettuce, a veggie burger and vanilla shake. Restaurant staff unhelpful, never assist upon arrival. Always rude to skip drivers. Ignore as they are working for them.... Especially girl working at front counter. Need some professional training for better customer service. Would rate even low if icould. Read more
Good staff. Horrible food, their chicken tastes the worst. I will never eat at burger King this was my first and last time... trying burger King's food. As well it's really expensive. Read more
