If I could give it a zero star I would. Wait for the poutine on the ferry. This place was expensive and bad. The bread was dry... and cardboard like, the chicken was dry and rubber like. There was also very little chicken and bacon for the price of thesandwich. There was too much sauce but that was also the only thing that made it bearbale enough to swallow. Read more
I just got the chicken banh mi sandwich and a coffee while waiting for the ferry at Departue Bay. Everything in the sandwich was... good except the chicken! The to go box states butcher selected meats. I don't believe a butcher would select pressed chicken!That is what you get at Chachis. Now the coffee. They have a beautiful espresso machine yet serve only drip coffee. The dripcoffee is super weak & barely has a coffee flavor. I won't be patronizing any Chachi establishments again. I ordered the Hot Philly sandwich and it was honestly gross. Either the cheese or the meat had a very strange aftertaste that... was really unappetizing. The steak itself was so under seasoned, overcooked, and bland. I didn't end up even finishing thesandwich Read more

The food was terrible. Mac n cheese was so bland, and the preparation of my sandwich was sub par. I?m vegetarian, and watched... her cut the veg for my sandwich with a knife she just used to cut meat. When I asked her to make me a new sandwich, she got veryrude with me and didn?t want to make it. After she rolled her eyes at me a few times she remade the sandwich. I wouldn?t wastemy money here again. The popcorn stand outside is fantastic though! Read more
This looked like the best of the food options at Departures Ferry Terminal and we were satisfied with our decision to stop here... for lunch while waiting for our ferry. We had two of the Vedge sandwiches with tomato soup and both were quite tasty. The girlwho was working there was nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend eating here if you?re at Departures. Chicken was dry and minimal. The sandwich had one tiny piece of bacon on it, bread was chewy, lettuce was soggy. Would give 0 if... possible. Read more
