Clearly ordering here is an inconvenience for the staff. Make sure you have time. 7 minutes for one julius.

So i was at this location when I ordered a drink and the short black girl at the counter very rudely tells me to wait and then... goes to wash equipment by sink for a long time. Whatever, i let it pass and waited patiently. When she came back i tell her myorder and she curtly tells me ?we don't have that anymore? with a sour look on her face. So i make a different order still beingpatient despite the fact that she?s acting extremely unprofessional with zero customer service skills. I then ask her to confirmif they really don?t have the chocolate brownie for the blizzard because there was a note on the glass that said so and shetells me ?no we still have it? and glares at me. Why put a sign that makes customers confused? Again whatever. But then I askedher to modify the toppings and she refused, glared, sighed, and acted like she couldn?t understand my order sighing and saying?WHAT? loudly even though it was as simple as adding extras in the order. I saw how she treated the customer before me and itwas NOT how she treated me at all and i believe my race played a part in it. I cancelled the order and left. I love DQ blizzardand i?ve been a loyal customer for years and this was unacceptable service. See, you just lost sales and customers (i was withother people) I?m never going back here and this girl who?s so unprofessional, acted like she did not want to be there andwouldnt accommodate very simple orders SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE PERIOD. Very disappointing that they discontinued the pizza dog. I would always get 3 dogs and 2 drink's. Now I will just go to Costco... for a hotdog and drink. Very sad, Orange Julius. Read more

I ordered a peanut buster parfait and they used regular chocolate sauce instead of hot fudge. And I found hair in my ice cream.

I just went to this dairy queen earlier today and there was no sign saying that they were closed like seriously if your store... is closed than they need to put up a sign letting customers know. Disappointed big time Read more

I had a smoothie. It was good. 6/6 would recommend. Customer service was swell

Burgers are absolutely disgusting, under cooked meat, they changed the buns and the buns are so stale that even the birds won't... eat them. Its very expensive i just bought one meal with an extra burg and It cost me over 16 dollars. I choked down one becausei was starving but I threw the second one out because I would feel bad about giving such trash to even a homeless,person. Sadthing is Dairy Queen used to be really good until the new management took over and absolutely ruined the store, Never going backand unless your getting ice cream save your money!
