I've been eating here since 2002 but this place has unfortunately gone downhill. Yesterday I ordered a salad plate to go and all... three were tasteless. I was not enjoying it so I decided to mix in some of the garlic dill hummus I'd bought there, which alsoturned out to be tasteless. Not a hint of any flavors and the plate portions were skimpy. Def not worth the 24 I spent. Idiscussed it with my friend and asked her to taste the foods and she shared her save-on-foods salad with me which was delicious.Sadly, I won't be returning. Read more

Oh my goodness what a find! I only wish they were closer to my house. The food here is wonderful so full of fresh vegetables,... homemade ingredients, and care. The staff was super friendly and pleasant. You get to choose from a selection of fresh salads.The sauces are impeccable. The atmosphere is kitchy and homey feeling. You can grab your own mug and water. The to go containerfor your leftovers is a paper plate and tin foil which is compostable, recyclable, and feels like your at a friend's placetaking home leftovers. A must check out place! Read more
I?ve heard great things but finally just made it to this hidden treat in the Old Quarter section of downtown Nanaimo. I love a... hearty and healthy meal and as a vegetarian I was extremely spoiled by both the flavour and the size of the Veggie Burrito. Thelocation is great, wonderful outside patio and the inside decor is simple and enjoyable. I noticed there is a bit of an ethnicgrocery store mixed inside as well.
