Second time I've ordered online and saw the quality checking your order on the tracker only to wait 45 plus minutes for it to be... delivered. Nothing quite like paying for cold food sitting around for 45 plus minutes. If you don't have a driver don't startmaking the food. I'm pretty mad and 30 dollars poorer with cold food. Read more
I give this place zero stars. Just ordered pizza from the fifth street location and got 2 bites into a slice and had something... snaps back and pulls out of my mouth. After taking a closer look I realized that there was an elastic band cooked in amongst mytoppings. Who knows where it came from or how dirty it was. Will never ever eat dominos again. Read more
Domino's Pizza has the best gluten free crust, even gluten loving people eat it without complaints. I love being able to build... my own pizza, especially with the garlic parmesan sauce. Always perfectly made and perfectly cooked, definitely my favoriteplace. Read more
Over an hour just to get my pizza in the oven last week it took them 2 and a half hours to deliver the pizza. This is the worst... ran dominos I?ve ever experienced. What ever happened to 30 mins or free? Read more
The pizza was so yummy but it took a long time and was luke warm. I placed an order online which gave me an estimate for 18-28... minutes. I arrived after the 20 mins mark and was told my pizza was in the oven. They have a TV screen showing all the ordersthat they have. My name/order said "being made" after a long wait I realized that meant that the pizza was not actually even inthe oven yet because the status changes to "in oven" and then there is another 10 minutes on top of that. So overall my pizzatook about 50 minutes. They were busy, I understand but don't lie to customers. Be realistic. Read more
Definitely not ?hot & ready? service is very poor, communication is very poor, everything in general about this place is poor.... VERY unprofessional place, not only did me and my family wait for over an hour for our food we received it cold and undercookedand when we called to find out about our order we were hung up on by the staff after explaining that we?ve been waiting for ourorder for over an hour. What you expect from Dominoes, good pizza. I got the garlic bites though and they were a big flat piece of greasy dough in the... container, a bit hard and chewy. Definitely not what they should be like. .. The owner responded down below here, but when Iemailed they said they couldn't find my order ... lame, oh well. Read more
Fifteen Stars!!! Amazing service - the lone driver went out of his way to deliver the pizza to the hotel we were staying at... after closing and I wish I could have tipped him tripple (but I had already pre-paid and had no cash). The man deserves apromotion - I was so happy to see my pizza ????!!! This employee most definitely went above and beyond.. did the job of severalpeople tonight!!
