Love this place! So glad to have a Freshii in Nanaimo. Even though Freshii is a chain, the owner and the staff at this location... make it feel almost like a boutique. Great food, great service, awesome people. Check it out! Read more
Was so excited to have a Freshii in town. Ordered the buddhas satay bowl and was so disappointed with the serving size, wasn?t... even half full :( I?ve gone to a couple of different locations in BC and AB where you get 1.5x more for the price. Ordered two mango smoothies, a chipotle chicken bowl and a Buddha Burrito. Total was ~$46, with tip was $50. The bowl had zero... sauce was half filled; the smoothies were tasteless (mostly ice/water); the wrap was tasty, but poorly put together (fell apartwhen opened). We were very excited about a Freshii opening in Nanaimo and were looking forward to making it a part of arotation for quick and healthy food. Unfortunately with our bad experience we aren?t going to be motivated to return anytimesoon. Hopefully the longer it stays open, the more opportunity there will be to resolve some of these issues.
