This is my first negative review of a restaurant. The prices on their website are out of date by quite a bit, costing much more... than expected because of it. We had the yellow and green curry, both of which did not taste like what they usually do. Theyellow curry had Indian spices in it instead of Thai and the green curry didn?t even look like a curry. I was very shocked, afriend of the owners suggested it to me and I was disappointed to have so many issues. The soup and pad Thai we had were good,but overshadowed by everything wrong honestly. They use magic plates which look bigger but actually are smaller in portion size. We had to go to McDonalds after eating here as... we didn't feel full or satisfied. It was the flavor of the food which couldn't even match Thai Express. Server was friendly andworking really hard. We felt bad for her as the food was taking really long and this affected her tip % rate. No reason to goback there for us. Read more
Well, the portion size is definitely fine dining level, but not the taste. Aside front the soup, which is very spicy(hot) , the... rest of the foods are quite bland. Bit disappointed since they have such a good rating on Google. Read more

It's about as good as I expected from Nanaimo. The food was decent but the taste was very white-washed. The service... unfortunately was not as great, the server was friendly but seemed to avoid us as our food was taking a long time. They seemedto prioritize take out orders over customers dining in (our first dish arrived after 45 mins). I guess I would suggest only totake out from this restaurant. Read more

Very busy so be prepared, and good food takes time to prepare. We got here around 7pm on a Saturday and had to wait 5 minutes... for a table. Got our drinks right away, ordered our food a few minutes later and had a bit of a wait but it was worth it. Theflavours and aromas were making us very hungry. We had the appetizer combo for 2, chef's special lamb and chicken pad thai. Allthe dishes were very tasty. This restaurant is definitely very popular with locals and I've heard some of their regulars drivemore than 30 minitutes from neighbouring cities to eat here. Read more
Made reservations for our group and was glad we did, as the restaurant started hopping as soon as we were seated. Our server... Emily was fantastic, patiently gave explanations for various orders and communicated with the kitchen staff about accomodatingfood preferences. The tom yum soup, spring rolls, calamari, massadan curry, and siam crispy chicken dishes (and more) wereamazing, and the tom kha soup was to die for! Definitely coming back :) Read more
