Sooo disappointed. Over time the pieces have gotten smaller but tonight was ridiculous. It was like we ordered baby chicken... wings. So small, hardy any meat and tasted terrible. Completely over cooked. The fries were terrible as well overcooked andcold. We won't be going back and advise people not to waste their money there!! Read more

I have spent the last month and a half trying to get my money back from this restaurant with this location just completely... ignoring the concern. We placed an order in the drive thru after being stuck waiting in it for almost a half hour. I paid forthe order not realizing what the charge was because they just handed me the machine. I not only paid more than I should have,the order wasn?t even ours. It wasn?t until we got home we noticed and by then we didn?t have time to go back so I did thesurvey listed on the receipt. We received some coupons in the mail and when we tried to redeem one, they said the one we wanted to use they didn't have in the... system. If we wanted to use another one they had in the system they would do that. Asked if they could just discount the 2 mealsto make the same price as the coupon they said no they couldn't do that. We left and took our money somewhere else. I understandstaffing shortages but you would think they would try to do everything within their control to keep customers happy and comingback in the future. Also noticed they had the inside temperature set to 17 degrees and signs saying washrooms were both out ofservice. Terrible customer service will keep people away for good and corporate should know how bad this location is based onits other reviews. Read more

The driveway was open with a 45 minute wait because the inside was closed. Recieved cold, dry chicken that could not be chewed... so it ended up in the garbage. Tried calling dozens of times and twice to KFC customer service. Only once did someone answer thephone and she lied to me that they were corporate when they are franchised. She promised the manager (franchisee owner) wouldcall on Sunday. Have never heard from him. The company promised the District Manager would call; never heard from them. Thecompany takes no responsobility whatsoever and insist on passing issue onto the individual restaurant. They refuse to getinvolved no matter how many times you contact them and no matter how many times the franchisee owner refuses to get in touchwith you. This isn't the first time I've tried to get restitution from this company and nobody ever calls or answers the phone.They simply don't care! Not sure how KFC is even still in business!!! Read more

Unfortunately the staff shortages has affected this location. The inside dining has been closed since the start of covid and... only operating as drive thru. The hours are also spotty if you show up at 11 am or 6 pm it may be closed. The menu is either KFCor Taco Bell only at times. Hopefully they will resolve the staffing issues soon and operate as pre-covid times. If you want togo to a more reliable location for KFC try the Woodgrove Mall food court across the street. Consistently terrible service. Every 6 months or so I think I'm in the mood for greasy chicken. This time, placed an order... online at 6:30 (website said closes at 8pm) drove for 30 Montoya to go pick it up. Place was literally closed. They said theyclose at 7 and it's not their problem. I'm still waiting for my money back. Terrible service. Just awful. Read more

Zero stars. We stopped in from out of town the doors were locked during hours of operation and the lady who came out was ... obnoxiously rude. We wanted a family bucket why would we go through the drive through to be waiting hours due to the multiplecar line up already. Anyways we ended up leaving. Spend your money else where. Read more

It's a rare thing that I endeavor the ol' KFC, but I just did, and halfway through eating a Big Crunch, I found that I was... chewing into rubbery, uncooked meat. See the picture, it is clearly cooked on the outside and not in the center. I broughtit in and showed the manager. To my surprise he actually argued that it was in fact cooked and would not refund my money. Hesuggested that it was maybe the mayo that made it seem raw. After telling him that I had taken pictures and a video of it, heissued a refund and made me a new sandwich. Thanks/insert the thermometer all the way. And don't argue when ya messed up. Read more
