As someone who hasn't been to a Little Caesars since around 2008 and wanted to see what they were like again on a whim, what a... surprising and excellent experience. My cheese pizza actually didn't have a lot of cheese on it, but when I talked to the manager (he just happened to come into my... work a few days later), he told me that there is new staff and they are in training so he was very adamant about offering a freecheese pizza. The manager here has amazing customer service and takes pride in his business. Read more
Pizza ok sometimes but other times not the same. Sometimes I can't get rid of heartburn. I don't know if it's unconsistently of... recipe or what. Price is better than places like pizza hut , panago or Boston Pizza. Read more
Submitted an order through Doordash. When I received my order the Doordash driver was rude. Pizza was thrown together with no... regard to quality. Looked like toppings were put on with a spoon clumped up in one area of the pizza. Last order I made was fortheir deep-dish pizza and it was burnt with the crust barely chewable. I made an order and went to pick it up myself and thepizza was made with care. Seems if you use Doordash they're very sloppy and just don't care.This will be the last time I orderfrom this place as it seems they don't take the customer service aspect seriously.
