This McDonalds is a really good one. I love how the new computer ordering machines are super responsive and easy to use. The... staff is very quick and helpful as well. I really like how accepting this McDonalds is for highschool students and how theyoffer jobs to anyone in highschool and above. The service is very fast and quick on their feet. We had our daughters 4th birthday party here and it was fantastic! The decorations were amazing so many ballons and actives they... had goodie bags filled with fun stuff and what kids doesn't like a happy meal! The staff truly were wonderful they really mademy daughter's birthday party and we got to sit relax and watch the kids play in the play place was so nice and relaxing. Avoid coming here after 6 PM! This location okay at best during morning and afternoon. However in the evening expect staff to be... overwhelm and unable to keep up. The several times I gone in the evening it's been bad experiences. I watched the managersclose down drive thru or close early because they can't keep up. I watch staff get overwhelm and make compounding mistakes. Inthe end I don't fault the staff or lower management. Blame falls on the owner/corporate office and head manager for notproviding enough support and training for this location. They definitely could use extra staff for the evening or limit thehours if they are having staffing shortages. Read more
