I eat at the Nanaimo mall location pretty much every other day and they have always been very friendly with me. I don't know... about the other comments saying that the staff is rude. Don't be such a Karen. I always get the platter with shrimp or chickenand never has it been bad. Best Greek salad I ever eaten and my family is from Greece. Read more

Ordered two wraps and two fries and received the wraps with rice instead. I told them I ordered fries and the girl who took my... order told me I ordered rice so I got rice and then turned away. She refused to fix my order. If there was a price difference Iwould have been willing to pay it. It was busy and there were other people waiting so I just took the food and left. Ordered salad and calamari with opa fries. They screwed up the order ahead of me then they put my calamari on the wrong salad... realizing it dumped it on my plate. It was overcooked barely warm and the fries were mushy. I commented on the calamari at thecounter and showed them how dry and overcooked it was. Dumped it all in the garbage and told the front counter and all I get isa dumbfounded look. Would definitely not not go back. Read more

The preparation counter was a disaster that the staff was working on. I know that they were probably busy, there was not one... section of the counter that had food, or sauce, or spice???? on it. It was so bad the guy had to use a scraper to put it on thefloor...yep..the floor. My food had jalapeños in it but I did not ask for any, I am sure it was because the guy tossingveggies in, mixed them up in the containers as he was throwing stuff around. My fries were overly seasoned too. I had to go toanother vendor to get an oversized drink to wash it down. My mouth was on fire and salted and I could not finish the meal.
