Very poor service my last visit I ordered a dirty chi latte like always and they forgot to put expresso In it ? I knew right... away and went back in and said I think u forgot the expresso and she said she did ok told her I dont think so I got on the bushad to go down town and I went to Starbucks at country club and ordered the same thing and it tasted the way it was suppose toand asked the guy at the counter of the first one looked like it had expresso and all ne had to do was look at it and he was aeto tell me that it did not so the girls at the woodgrove Starbucks not onlyessed up my coffee but accually lied to my faceabout it just so they didn't have to make me another one ? Honestly most Starbucks are just kinda 'meh' but this one has the nicest staff. That one older lady is just so lovely and... pleasant. As for the coffee and food it's your standard Starbucks affair. Mediocre and overpriced. But honestly, what isn'tmediocre and overpriced in this damn city? Guess I shouldn't complain though as I am the one paying $9 for a medium latte at amajor Cafe chain. The staff today were really rude. One was clearly new and not trained and the other one wasn?t helping her. Seemed kind of... racist. Walked out before they even finished my order cause she?d listen to one thing and then leave the counter for a 5 itemorder. Read more

It's a Starbucks that strives to get you served your customized drink in an expedient manner. This location succeeds with... friendly staff and plenty of seating at this co-location with the Chapters bookstore. Read more
Standard as far as Starbucks go except this location is located within the local Chapters. There is plenty of parking and a... large outdoor seating area. The barista was prompt with service and very courteous. What is unique about this location is themassive seating area. This would be a great spot for a group of 6 or more if looking to have a coffee and chat with friends. Read more
