My goodness...., this starbucks doesnt use dish soap when washing dishes....gross....I don't think this starbucks took a food... safe course..... not washing dishes with dish soap can increase your risk of getting food poisoning....and they never wash theretables..... Read more

The workers do a great job especially with what they put it with since this location is downtown Nanaimo. The owner should put a... tip option on the debit machine seeing as a lot of people would like to add a tip but may not carry money on them. Read more
I came in yesterday late-afternoon, there were only two girls working and it was clear they were struggling with only two people... on- one on cash and one on bar; but they handled it SO amazingly, still smiles on their faces while they worked and they stillhad fun and joked around with the customers. Definitely not something I would be able to do in a situation like that! I felt sobad because they were so stressed, but all the customers were so understanding and we all chatted with them and cheered them onwhile they worked. It was super refreshing to see other customers treating workers like humans and understanding theirstruggles. It?s clear the location has a great sense of community! I mobile ordered a beyond sandwich but they made a sausage one instead. I noticed it looked weird but just thought it had... something to do with the batch so I took a bite to find out that it was in fact not vegetarian. I am livid, I haven?t ate meatin 6 years. I get messing up by maybe adding the wrong sauce or something small but this isn?t okay. I will never be coming backnor will my friends/family. Read more
The staff are very nice and cheerful the drinks and food are amazing a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. I got a iced tea... and they wrote my name correct and drew the plant. its very modern in a good way great place all around. OwO Read more
Always has fresh snacks, lots of seating clean bathrooms. Of course Starbucks coffee is made according to some corporate recipe... so it?s consistently okay but nothing special. Music is okay but kind of reminds me of mall music: it?s too ?safe? but I didn?thave a problem with it being too loud. Not enough cushi seating like you find at some coffee shops.
