Terrible customer service, girl at the counter couldn?t check a products nutritional facts for me when asked and then got my... order wrong. The lady who made my drink passed me it and when I clarified the correct order she got very upset and told me Ididn?t order that, I said yes I did and she kept repeating herself, it was one product which was just a milk substitute becauseI?m lactose. You people have a different definition of fast! What kind of business model uses slow as a modus operandi? It?s excellent... coffee but delivered in a different time zone. Molasses speed. Pick up the pace! I?ve got better things to do than wait aroundforever for a coffee. Figure it out! Oh and I didn?t want to buy shares in the company I just wanted it coffee :). Prices areridiculous. I was having the worlds worst day and it was absolutely made coming here. While having issues with my card and having problems... with my pay check being deposited, I?m not sure of her name but her hair is shaved and she was so understanding and lovely. Giveher a raise she deserves it ?? Read more
Of all my recent visits lately to any Starbucks this was the fastest service I have received. The location is very clean and I... personally enjoy ones with lots of seating and room, this meets that criteria. Also, although the outdoor patio faces a busyroad it has exceptional views of Mt Benson. A solid 5 out of 5 for this location. Read more
Myself and others have placed multiple mobile orders at this location?. Ever single time we walk in and the order isn?t ready... for another 10 mins after the pickup time.
