I asked for it to be toasted and when I told them this they refused to believe that I asked and were being rude about it
It's a fast food pre-packaged sandwich place. There's no where in any place ALMOST that actually is a FRESHLY MADE/BAKED... restaurant!! Everything comes PRE-MADE .. FROZEN OR PRE-PACKAGED VEGGIES ...open.. pour ... open PROOF-BAKE .. since everyonewants **FASTER THEN FAST** FOODS .. there's no longer a GREAT HOME MADE MEAL!!! I know I worked in a few places like these...and a big chain bakery in a store and it's ALL FROZEN PRE-MADE ITEMS... all they do is take it out to thaw then place inoven!!!! It's ok .. Read more

Girl was pretty rude. I said thank you at the end and she just ignored me and went to next customer. I kinda felt like they were... treating me like they thought I was homeless. I was clearly not tho and just a guy on his lunch break .not very good manners Read more

Wanted to try 'new' pizza sub, person made it on regular bread, came time for toppings, I ask shouldn't there be cheese and... sauce on the bread. Apparently, when you order a pizza sandwich, you have to ask for the pizza bread too, which isn't evenlisted as an option. Sandwiche maker just looked the other way. Fine, I'll take it. Instead of trying something new, I gotregular greasy, salty, squished sub. Any other place in food courts are better than Subway. Read more
Started ordering my sandwich and the young foreign girl misheard me when I said white Cheddar, and she placed orange Cheddar. No... problem, I corrected her politely before she went to the veggies. She then aggressively removed the Cheddar cheese, threw themback in the bin and asked me if I there was anything else I wanted. I said, yeah the vegetables. She had attitude the entiretime after that. I was dumbfounded. And to make it worse, she began to speak her language to her co worker which was obviouslyabout me as her co worker looked at me afterwards. I felt it was completely unnecessary. Read more
