They keep hiring people who cannot speak english properly and CONSTANTLY get the order wrong. If they cannot understand english,... don't have them work at the till or drive through. I've been overcharged too many times to go back again. Skip this tim hortons,it seems to be run by idiots. Read more

8.30 PM NO FOOD, asked for a wrap, A Wrap, not food, this is not the first time they are out of the products they advertise,,... often wrong order or they forgot something, For some reason tonight got to me as this is a terrible way to run a Fast Foodplace and the Franchise head might want to look at this location as they are really not up to standard of Tim Hortons. I never leave reviews but the staff were not friendly. The cheese on the grilled cheese was not melted and there was smeared... butter all over the outside. I went inside to ask for it to be grilled longer and the restaurant was not clean. They did make mea better grilled cheese but when I went back to my car and was helping my daughter put the lid on chili, hair plastered inside.Yuck, the whole experience took my appetite away. They've been better lately, however this really put the cherry on my bad day. I opened my wrap and it was jammed in not only... upside down, but not wrapped much at all. A whole chicken piece was inside the box. This is completely unacceptable. The ONLYreason I didn't go inside and go full Karen was because I couldn't, I was on my work break. Tim Horton's you need to do better. First off Id like to say that my order more times than not is incorrect at this location. We... ordered Turkey BLT's for lunch in store. Got to my car and noticed that there was no bacon. Ran back in and he put bacon on mysammie. One bite and I was disgusted. I had to remove the bacon. C"mon...it's still saying oink oink. How can you put that onsomeone's sandwich and thinks it's ok. I'm not sure it was even cooked. Grossed me right out. And another thing, if you're outof white buns let ppl know. Horrible experience. Toxic communication and attitudes. Staff clearly cares not one bit for customers. The lettuce is BLACK... MUSH. Someone thought it okay to put on a sandwich, second time this week. Ordered a muffin, did not get. Got the impressiontheir take is "we're in a pandemic and can do no wrong. I don't typically review fast food restaurants, however I need to specifically mention that this timmies has the best Honey... glazed donuts. They are dripping with glaze. I don't go to timmies often as I'm usually left disappointed but I keep stoppinghere on my way to school for their donuts. Other then that it's a regular tims, chances are if you aren't ordering coffee theymay or may not have what you want available. Read more
