Really disappointed by the rude service at the drive thru....and they got my coffee order wrong again. I keep trying to give... this place another chance but this is the last time. After coming to this location for over 10yrs I will NOT be returning hereagain. Enough is enough. This restaurant is a Shame for the Tim Hortons Franchise. Horrible just horrible....The Bowen Rdlocation will be getting my business from now on. This Brooks Landing Branch could learn a thing or two from them! Read more

Service and quality has gone down hill at this location. Ive been coming here for 12 years. Not anymore. If they arent giving me... the wrong coffee the coffee tastes old. Today they had me in the drive thru for nearly ten minutes until I finally got to thespeaker all to have just stayed there for 3 min with my window rolled down in a snow storm for them to tell me their cardmachine is down. NO WARNING SIGNS ANYWHERE!!! Rude employees, poor quality food and beverages, Horrible service, wont be comingback here anymore. THE FRANCHISE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN OR FIRE EVERYONE!! Sat In line this morning at the Brooke's landing store. Without exaggerating I sat in the drive through for 16 minutes!! Got to... the window and my card was declined 3 times...The guy asked me to come in and try so I did...When I got in there he said chargehim for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich...I said I didn't order that sandwich and she tells me it's the same price..I said OKbut don't give me that disgusting sausage in my sandwich...I got the breakfast sausage and mayo on my sandwich!!! Never hadmaroon it before and wouldn't order like that if it did!! What a waste of my valuable time and I didn't get enough espresso shotin my coffee to top it off...One mishap after another and I will never go back there again even though I live very close...Forthe record my card wasn't declined inside! From the time I left my house which is 4 minutes away it took my just over a halfhour to get out of there...what an absolute nightmare!! Read more

I wish I could leave a zero star review. From the time I ordered 2 teas to the time I received them was 20 minutes. I watched... more than 20 cars go through the drive through, and 3 delivery drivers get their pick order. This used to be a great location. Now the drinks are only filled 3/4 filled. Read more

Every time we come here through the drive tru, the guy barely completes his sentence while trying to rush you through. He allows... 2 seconds of looking at the menu before asking if you are ready to order? It makes the experience miserable. Drive thru timesmean nothing if nobody is satisfied with the costumer service and food. Such a sloppy establishment being run. Learn propercostumer service etiquette, its not that hard. 9/10 the order is not correct because they don?t care to actually listen to youat the speaker. Read more

Ever since the new owners have taken over it's AWFUL . The customer service is awful , they rush you along and even deny you... things like straw , extra napkins etc. When I got to the window I asked for a tea that my Grandmother asked for last minute, hesaid fine but only this time , it makes people angry if you don't place your whole order at the speaker ... Like ok? It's awfuland I use to go here almost everyday in the morning or before work , now I leave 15 mm in early to go elsewhere . Read more

I ordered chicken cilantro bowl today. It was terrible and the person taking my order was rude and directly said Help you... without even greeting and after taking so long the food I got was not worth it according to the money I spend. Definitely needto work on customer service. Read more

Been to this location many times and they are "NOT filling to the top anymore". I've been there 5 times in the last month and... every time was the same. You can expect 1 to 2 inches below the top. Being familiar with restaurant profit rip off tactics...the last inch to the top of tapered cups is where the most volume is and where restaurants rip people off. I doubt Tim Hortonfranchise would allow this if they knew. Being said... I confronted the server about this and he said "this is how they aredoing it now". Rip off Read more
