Donut selection always a bit of a letdown. For a restaurant that was founded on donuts and is supposedly one of their core... elements, they sure do never have much variety on hand, regardless what time of day. Hire another baker!? Donuts should becontinually made and restocked throughout the business day. Read more
Drive thru person did not pay attention to what was being given to customer. CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE YOU GIVE IT TO THE... CUSTOMER. Customer Service 101 must have been sick that day! They acknowledged the error and replaced my order free on my nextvisit. Read more
Poor management, customer service, and extremely poor staff training. Watching people fumble trying to do their job while others... just watch. Train your staff and re educate corporate and management on customer service. It?s really not that difficult toacknowledge a complaint or be compassionate. Karma goes a long way. Read more

This is a popular spot. Although it is small the staff easily handle the busy drive through as well as guests who can be seated... inside at designated tables or outside on the patio. Always fresh and delicious One note: I prefer sausage muffins with NO egg. they offer a sausage muffin but it comes with egg? Taking the egg off. Is not sufficient I don't want the taste of it to remain.If you are the same. .be specific or that is what you will get. They were accommodating but they would be better to make thatplain when they advertise. Read more
