This location is terrible. The staff are rude and condenseding. I called the other night to see when they close and they told me... 11 I got there at 1040 and they told me they were open but couldn't do anything fried. No fried food at wendys??? I used to enjoy Wendy's burgers. The meat no longer has any taste. We had Dave single burgers. All we tasted was pickle, mayo,... onions and lettuce. The meat didn't enter into thee equation. It's too bad,, they used to be so good. They're not worth themoney anymore. John Tetaert Read more
Tried to arrive at 855 pm to pickup a mobile order. The doors were already closed even though it says on the door they close at... 9. I knocked on the doors and the staff ignored me. I embarrassed myself walking through the drive thru. They said that I?m nota car so they can?t help me. Extremely rude staff and a horribly run restaurant. Stay away from here and go to a&w across thestreet. The manager needs to really improve things and return the money that was stolen by this location through a mobile order. Read more
Well the restaurant at Port Place Plaza has the hours posted saying Drive thru open from 10:30pm-12:00midnight. So due to the... unavailable dining room ordering, a friend and I caught a Taxi to drive us thru the take out window, which ignored uscompletely. Then we had to pay just under $10 for a cab that accomplished only one thing ....taking our cash in exchange forproviding no services whatsoever.
