The fact that you go DOWN stairs to even get to this place immediately adds to the cool factor. Once there your in the bar... area..small but inviting.. too many beers to count.. if ya like a craft beer.. this is a destination. Through the bar into thedining room with ample seating and decent decor. Service is only 5 star because that all I'm allowed to give.. above and beyondfriendly staff. To me.. that always makes a huge difference in my meal experience. All of this pales in comparison to the food.There's a reason this place gets best wings year after year.. they really are that good.. you could go there 80 times amd neverhave the same flavor.. there literally is 80 choices! The inventive egg roll creations keep on giving and you would be silly notto try one when you visit. 13 out of 15 . Took point for tables and chairs..if there's one thing I hate. It's banquet chairs..when I'm not at a banquet. And minus 1 point for business hours..this place is way too good to be a 5 day a week joint. 6 daysand add lunch.. but I'm greedy. Well done. Read more
Had my best friends baby shower here and I have to say....from start to finish, everything was perfect! The owner was great... throughout the whole process, our bartender was awesome, the food was amazing, the place was clean, and spacious, and it was setup very nicely! There's tons of parking too! All the workers were quite friendly. My supper was made so well .I personally loved the coconut ???? ???? shrimp.Also the... outrageous bacon cheese waffle fries,with a delicious bacon mozzarella burger made perfectly with Ciabatta bread.Great oldfashion one of a kind historical ambiance Restaurant/Bar. A friend insisted the wings here were the best. I wasn't as impressed. We actually placed a rather large order, and we were... told we couldn't get multiple flavors. Then they said they could give us all dry and put the sauces on the side. When we gotthere to pick up the order, the lady scowled at us and said they would "never split an order again". We told her we were told wehad to order it that way. When we got home we discovered they DID do the order with the sauces on the wings instead of on theside. ?????????????? Read more
The food and staff are amazing. I asked where they have been my whole life because they understand that condiments are what... makes the food and the fact that they have score cards to keep track of the many different sauces they have,makes me want tokeep going back. Read more
The service here is blazing fast (we dined in) and the menu is huge with tons of options for food and drinks. Also worth noting... is their massive amount of wing sauces to choose from. Read more
On the outside, R Bar looks to be nothing out-of-the-ordinary, spare a few vintage autos out front. Inside it is a cool sports... and automotive themed spot with plenty of tvs and seating. Until now, I only had takeout. But it was so good I knew it had to beeven better fresh, and I was right. Everything was delicious! There are so many wing sauces to choose from and my guest and Istruggled to pick. We ordered one wet sauce and one dry rub - the wings were enormous and both were generously seasoned. Myburger was messy as the menu said, but very good. It this place wasn't 40+ minutes from my house I'd be here very often...butI'll definitely be back. Read more
