Being a chain you know what your going to get, which is a great selection of food and drinks in a fun and great atmosphere.... Happy hour is a good deal as well. Update:Wings are phenomenal. Happy hour is great with half price pot stickers, sliders, andegg rolls. $5 house IPA's to top it off. Read more

Update: I received a prompt response from the manager who was kind and professional. He asked about the experience to get... detail, apologized and provided reimbursement for the portion of the meal. The food in general has been satisfactory on otheroccasions. I'm happy with how it was handled. Rating 4 star Original review - 3 stars because they are usually on point, openlate, many options and mostly consistent for take out even if not the best bang for the buck. This may be a one off but Iordered the fish and chips to satisfy a craving I was having for and was quite disappointed. Not only was my side of mashpotatoes missing (they were out of fries) but the fish was dry and overly breaded and tasted of old oil to the point one of mypieces was just an exterior shell of breading with no actual fish in it, not sure how that happened. I couldn't enjoy or evenfinish half my meal and have had much better fried fish and chips anywhere else I've ordered it. We ordered the chicago deepdish pizza a week prior and it was also not up to par, being a Chicago native, it did not even come close to what a deep dishpizza is, more like a pan pizza. It seems to be an unfortunate truth about big chains. Options, atmosphere, convenience isgreat but quality and flavor lacks when compared to privately owned places that rely on their food, recipes, ingredients andresulting customer satisfaction. Personally, I would hesitate ordering for myself from here again when an alternative isavailable but the late night convenience and influence may make me more willing. Read more

I have been to this place a couple of times for dinner over the past month and I just have to say how lovely of an experience it... had been both times. The staff here are so kind, caring and provide fabulous customer service. I’ve had the pleasure of havingboth Kareem and Theo as my waiters, and they have both been extremely kind and friendly gentlemen. They were so accommodating, understanding and patient when myself and my boyfriend had questions about their menu and I greatly appreciated their honesty, candor, and just overall personalities. Before this month, I had only been here maybe 5x before in the last several years sinceit opened and I just have to say I am greatly impressed. I have not had such an enjoyable dining experience at many placesbefore, and the service here makes all the difference. The food is similar to any other corporate franchise, but I do happen tothink it’s a bit higher quality and has tons of great options for plenty of different types of eaters to find the right thing.Truthfully this is definitely a place that will be part of my usual rotation, as the overall energy of the establishment isreally nice and welcoming. I really would recommend coming here with friends, family, etc. I also love that it’s veryaccessible to those who use wheelchairs, walkers etc. The portions are also a great size, and the full rack of ribs onThursday’s rib night is well worth the money when it’s literally a full forearms length!! I hope you go and enjoy it asmuch as I do! Read more

D- A BAD EXPERIENCE. Manager killed ambiance by turning off music and turning lights up to 100% over 20 minutes before their... closing time!! ???????? To the Manager: If you want to leave early, then close an hour earlier - or find a new job! We satdown about 35 min before they closed and ordered 2 appetizers, 1 soup, a burger, a kids meal and a few drinks. Total cost waspushing $100 which was already high for a processed TGI Friday's style food. What was really upsetting was the attitude of thestaff and the management. From the moment we walked in the door I could tell we weren't welcome. The hostess rolled her eyesas we asked to be sat. The waiter seemed annoyed as well, rushing us to order with his first sentence explaining the kitchenwas closing soon (Closing time was 11pm, and this was around 10:34pm). We were forced to settle on Chili as they had apparentlythrown out the soup for the day in preparation to leave. They then rushed all our food out at the same time despite asking forour apps first. It felt as if they dumped our plates in spite, practically pilling things on top of each other, seeminglyirritated as they waited for us to scramble to clear space for our entire order all at once. Then a few minutes later themanager cranked the lighting to 100% as if to say PLEASE GET OUT! The restaurant was partially full with about 20 other tablesat the time. The manager then proceeded to walk to the front of house and "eye-up the crowd" as if to reinforce his desire forus all to leave. So we rushed down the food and ended up leaving upset and feeling ripped off. To top it off the next day myson, wife and I all felt sick. Guessing they didn't properly cook the food as they were in a rush to leave. As a formercorporate restaurant worker in my youth, I find this attitude very frustrating. Not sure why you would want to close early whenthe place was still pretty busy. Other tables were also annoyed and the girls at the next table over Read more

We visited on a Monday evening from out of town. So glad we tried this place because we loved it. It was clean, and the food and... service was amazing. Our server was Daniel T and he was great, naturally friendly, well groomed, and prompt! We ordered fishand chips and blackened shrimp tacos (recommended by the server) and they were amazing! I also got a tomato ad mozzarellasalad- it was perfect!!! The leftover fish was even good the next day cold. Service was prompt, prices reasonable for the amountof food and for the taste. The food was very fresh, appealing to the eye and palate. Also, when we were leaving, the serverasked if I got a Mother's Day glass- it was a day after Mother's Day. I said no and he brought one over for me "on the house" asa souvenir. It will be a cute memory as I am here with my daughter for a medical treatment. He didn't even have to do it.(This gift has nothing to do with the review but was a nice friendly gesture!) We will definitely be back!!! Read more

My husband and I frequented the BJ’s restaurant and brewhouse in Valley Stream when we lived in Queens. I’m actually super... excited that there is one close to us now that we’re living in Yorktown. The service is great and the food is good, as usual. It wasn’t too difficult to get a table on a Friday night and the location is quite easy to get to. We will definitely bereturning here. Read more
