It's pleasure walking in each time. All of our servers and bartenders have been fantastic. Management is on the floor vexing to... ensure service is well and assisting when it's crowded. The drinks are nice and cold while the food comes out quickly. The newrenovation looks great as well. Read more
Placed 2 ordered of Alfredo pasta to go. When got home and about to eat there was hardly any Alfredo sauce on it, very dry as... you can see in the pic. So I called chili back to state my concern about the sauce and the gentleman said. What would you likeus to do? I said what can you do? Then he said you can come back and I?ll give you some sauce on the side or you can putanother new order and we can make this order right lol. I work in retail myself and I know very well how to tc of a dissatisfiedcustomer plus he seem quiet rude plus I paid for my order wasn?t asking to have it for free. Little disappointed here! ???? Went here on a Saturday night on a whim. First of all, this place is starting to look run down. You just don't notice it as easy... because the lights are so dim, but I noticed the light fixture at our table was cracked, the seats were worn, and the floorlooked like it was dirty, but I think it was just the paint job. I didn't expect much from the food, because it's a chain, justmostly that they fry some premade frozen items and call it a day. First had the Triple Dipper appetizer. The burgers were dry,flavorless, the Chicken Crispers were soggy, but weirdly the sauce had little flavor. The fried pickles were actually OK.Everything looked like it was just thrown on the tray. The ranch sauce was very thin. For the entree, had the UltimateSmokehouse Combo. The ribs looked like they had been boiled, then deep fried until they were dry. Definitely not smoked. Thechicken was dry and bland. The quesadilla was the best item on the tray, which is not much. The weirdest thing was the streetcorn. After I bit into it, I said this is what I imagine the dashboard of my car tastes like. It looked like it had been cookedthe day before and sat under a heat lamp since. It's a Chilis....Chili's..... service good, food is pretty standard for chain. Only knock I have is that its a little dirty. Not... that they don't clean but these chains don't invest in upkeep and you can tell. Needs a face-lift maybe? Read more
