This location is filthy, as many others here have noted. I went in for dinner and looked around and there was trash and leftover... food and cups on literally every table; employees didn?t seem to be concerned. Decided to instead take my order to-go. As othershave also noted, they were out of some ingredients: no fajita veggies, no guac, I think I got the last handful of lettuce, etc.They seemed to be low on chips. They?d nearly run out of basic stuff like plastic forks, hot sauce, napkins, etc. The menuprices here are also more expensive than other Chipotle locations ? talking over $10 with tax for a basic chicken burrito. Aspoonful of guac is $2.80. The new steak option is $13! The dirty seating area is inexcusable though, and people have beendocumenting it here for months so ownership clearly doesn?t care. Who wants to pay $15 for a burrito and chips and sit down at atable full of trash? Hard not to then wonder how clean the kitchen is. It was also very hot inside when I visited during thesummer, to the extent to person I went with didn?t want to stay and eat. Worst chipotle I?ve ever had. Ordered two orders of the Garlic Guajillo Steak Bowl. They give me grilled meat no seasoning at... all, my bowl had no guac which I paid extra for and no pico. It was just plain rice lettuce, a huge amount of cheese and salsawhich all tasted like left over food. I will not come back here!! Read more
I have frequented this location many times since it?s opening. I will no longer be patronizing as it is so poorly maintained. ... It?s such an unsanitary Chipotle. The condition needs to be addressed immediately. Just purchased the new steak - so hard andpricey. Also side of sour cream $155- that?s ridiculous! Read more

If I could give this branch 0 stars, I would! This Chipotle is by far the WORST one I've had. I put in an online order for a... salad once and when I opened the bowl, all it had was barely any chicken and some tomato salsa... I don't understand how someonecan look at a bowl with just tomatoes and chicken and think that was okay to package. The salad didn't even have LETTUCE... Iwent back to the store and showed them my order and they just smiled and told me they ran out of ingredients but this was awhole 30 mins before closing so how can they run out of food and just not tell people? The same thing happened before where weordered the food in the middle of the day, not at closing and they missed a bunch of ingredients in each bowl. I went back againtoday to give them another chance, 30 mins after opening, and they tell me that they had to close for a few minutes but theywouldn't tell me how many minutes. It was my last straw with this branch and honestly, the manager doesn't seem like she knowswhat she is doing. I have spoken to her about all these issues before and she didn't even seem sorry. If anyone is looking forgood service and just a better vibe all around, go to the Chipotle in the palisades mall and save yourself some time! Read more
It?s a shame! First visit. Wish I could write a better review, but the food is SO EXPENSIVE and you get SO little! I ordered... steak taco?s, where you get three for $9, with nothing added and there was like 3 pieces of steak in each taco. You can havebeans or cheese added for no extra charge, but my son does not eat the extras. I actually had to ask for more steak ???? Plus,the restaurant is SO dirty. It?s terrible because I know Chipotle is well liked, but I will never return, at least not to thisChipotle. Read more
An outrageously small amount of food was placed in our bowls. When asked to fill the bowl I was charged $4. The bowl was barely... filled. It couldn't even fill up my 2 year old neice. Truly pathetic. They lost 2 more customers out of the many that theyalready lost. This restaurant should be closed. The whole place is filthy, the staff does not clean. Read more
If I can give this place a zero I would. First things first, I worked in the food industry for 5 plus years, Chipotle being one... of them & also was a kitchen manager at some point, so miss me with all the nonsense before you even start. All the employeeshave attitude?s , they don?t even know their own menu, and the quality of food is pure garbage. Again, because I worked forchipotle, I know what the standards are, and although it was annoying always having to be on top of quality, I never once saidscrew it , let me just collect my hourly and serve mediocre food. No tomatoes in one bowl like I asked, chicken portion (amount)was pure comedy. I?ll let the picture speak for it self. Look at how the steaks cut, got clumps of chicken not properly cut,steak was seasoned horribly. ( I can tell someone in there loves to free hand ). I never normally leave reviews even thoughI?ve had plenty of bad experiences, but this chipotle is just out of hand. It just reflects on the stores leadership.
