The food is fresh and prepared to order. The online app is easy to use and convenient. However, the location is only as good as... the staff. Our order was missing an entire sub, and we came after the designated pick up time they estimated. I walked into the store. I was the only customer in line. Neither of the two guys working behind the counter acknowledged my... presence. I get it, you're busy/preoccupied. How about. "Hi, be with you in a minute." After about five minutes standing thereone guy looks at me and says "Hi, all we have is wheat bread." Then goes back to what he was doing. I wait a few more minutes,then walk out. I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches, but after this experience, not sure if I'll ever be back. Read more
