To many people work there who can't read, comprehend or write English. Twice I have ordered from them through Grun Hub. Order is... extremely expensive but, That is Grubhub for you. By far the worst, poorly run McDonald?s I have ever been to. Constantly out of items whether it?s soda, food items, toys for... happy meals etc. the ice cream machine has been broken for months. Drive through staff is very pushy and not friendly and heavenfor bid they get your order wrong they will make sure some how it?s your fault that happened. Read more
Quiet Tuesday morning. Ordered through app. Ordered the happy meal with the Halloween pail with nuggets.. they have my kid a... burger with chewy bun instead but they made it up by giving the nuggets after we told them the mistake. Fries was good. Honest apple juice was 42% juice, maybe should have gotten OJ instead. My kid didnt like the apple slices, maybe too sour for hertaste. I had a crispy chicken sandwich with 2 tiny tomatoes slices and 2 pieces of chicken that did not stay in the burger.Maybe there was too much mayonnaise. Overall food was lacking. Read more
Got to the drive through window at 4:30 pm on a Monday and ordered ice cream. The person working responded ?no ice cream? and... that?s it. How do you have no ice cream mid day at the beginning of the week? Do better. Read more
Went to the drivethru and ordered a large meal, after we paid at the next window we were informed that large fries weren't... available. We were not offered a refund, we were expected to be ok with an overpriced medium fry. They were also out of ketchup.No apology or empathy from the staff. Read more
I don't think I've ever been grossed out at a McDonald's before but there's something about a fly tape hanging right over the... numbers for pickup that just made me want to walk out without the food. Read more
Horrible service. There is still only drive through service. There was only Ice Tea or coffee to drink and they throw your food... on the pickup counter as if you should already know that it is yours. Read more
Because it was lunchtime, I went inside and used one of the self serve machines. After I got my order input and just ready to... pay, the machine shut down. Meanwhile, the line to order had increased, so I just left without anything. Normally, this doesn'thappen, but I like this location for breakfast, and all's good. Read more
