Extremely disappointed! I waited over 30 minutes for 3 soups. After I ordered fruit cups, I was told they ran out of them while... waiting. The food pickup area is not managed in a orderly fashion. People are standing by the food counter and breathing onpeople's food. A customer asked for a refund due to the delay in her order. So, poor service, unsanitary food pickup and runningout of food. That equals poor management! I have been visiting this Panera for a number of years. It was a five star, but now???? 5 thumbs down. Read more

Tonight I ordered curbside pickup....which never came out. When I walked in the order was on the counter and two employees were... in the area. There were no customers. Do not have a curbside option if your staff refuses to comply. Read more
I ordered a sandwich here and they some how confused my order with no lettuce, and I asked for an apple and got chips thrown in... my sandwich. At least they gave me free bread. Best bread house ever! 5 star! Read more
Poor quality and overpriced. Chicken in my salad was ice cold sticking together. Disgusting taste not worth your money
I was there for dinner for 3 , ordering was easy - one could order directly with the cashier or with app or with self service... kiosk. Cashier Leonard was super helpful in answering all of my queries. even though store was about to close , he helpedgetting my queries answered with a smile at the end of tiring day. One of the employees Rosa gets lots of kudos to keep storeclean and maintain the hygiene. She was constantly working to keep every table clean. Very inspiring. Overall, food is goodexcept the French baguette was extremely hard. We have eaten at this store several time but this time the bread was really hard,something that needed to be looked upon. Overall good experience , would rate about 3.5 as there is room for improvement. Iwould definitely be coming back here . Read more
So, I placed a delivery through the app at 1:10PM? at 2:15PM and two phone calls later, the order finally shows up, and you... guessed, it was not my order. Phone back and when I finally get through Panera blame Door Dash for the mix up. Really can?tunderstand why it would be the delivery services fault. My colleague ended up picking up the original order at 3:20 which lookedlike it was thrown together. Quite an irritating experience really. No apology??nothing. What happened to quality service andcustomer focus? My first-time doing lunch here. Will give it a 10. Tomato soup was delicious-and the chicken and avocadosandwich melt was truly superb. No delays with the order, it said 12:30 pick up?.and everything was ready when I arrived. Willdo this again. Today, I went to the store and left with my order?..everything was outstanding. Cashier let two people cut me in line while I was trying to order breakfast because she knew the people. Manager then came to... take my order. Asked him if they were only serving breakfast at this time (I wanted lunch items), he said yes. So then I askedfor the Chipotle chicken breakfast sandwich that comes with avocado. He said they don't sell that. I pointed to the sandwich onthe menu behind him, he said "oh that one". Then I waited 10 minutes for my one sandwich. And the people who had previouslybeen taken before me despite me waiting in line ORDERED LUNCH ITEMS AND GOT IT BEFORE ME DURING "BREAKFAST". This place is justpurely annoying and overpriced.
