The last time I was there I ordered a burger with fries?very simple. I ordered it on the app because it seems like when you do... it that way it?s faster than ordering at the cash register. I waited in my car for like 10 minutes and went inside to get myfood. The girl that was there handed my food to me as I walked in and stated my name. My mistake was not opening up the box tosee if both items were inside since it was taped up. I guess I didn?t want air to hit it so it can stay hot because I hate coldfood. I got home, sat down and proceeded to open the box to consume my food then bam?.I had a cheeseburger but NO fries! It wasa Sunday night and they close at 9 but it was about 8:15. I quickly called them and complained that they didn?t pack my friesand that I had ordered fries. They told me to come back?.cool. But now my burger is gonna get cold..I?m not gonna eat it withoutfries..I need this order redone. I literally raced over there since I live like 10 minutes away to get there before closing. Itold the girl I need my whole order redone and she had the nastiest attitude! I don?t care! Do your job! I paid for stuff andyou or whomever didn?t pack it! I need my order redone so I can enjoy my food that I paid with money I work hard for! When shehanded me my completed order she gave it to me with an attitude! Needless to say that was my last time giving them a dime! Inever stepped foot in there again and I?m proud to say this incident happened in April 2021 and I still haven't been back. Notto mention this restaurant smells like a nursing home! I rather Shake Shack on rt 17..much better experience and tastier fresherfood?oh and no nursing home odors either. Read more
Got 2 Smokehouse double burgers 2 Fries and 2 Large drink. Food was good 2 nice thick beef patties cheese bacon, cherry pepper... relish and special sauce. Service was good as well. Even though they were short staffed the workers did a great job ???? Theprice is a bit ridiculous around 40 bux. Burgers are not too overpriced but 4 bux for a reg size fry or 4 bux for a large softdrink with no refills is insane. Five guys fries are 5 bux but twice the size and so much better IMO. There is alot of optionsfor a burger these days. Either you offer quality or value to gain ground in this market. Not sure the quality is that muchbetter than let's say a diner burger but definitely better quality than McDonald's. They should do handcut fries and offer sometype of value meal option. Worst shake shack I?ve ever been to. Burger was so greasy and burnt. Bun was soggy. Beer can was filthy. Cheese on cheese fries... was hardening and not hot and so much was on the fries you couldn?t pick them up and it turned into a mush. Threw most of thefood out. Read more
Ordering from this location on RT 59 is always an issue. The young lady at the counter intentionally didn?t take my order so I?d... have to put it in myself at the kiosk? Really, what is your job description? Last I checked it was customer service! I?m sorryyou took a job you don?t want to carry out whole heartedly. First time trying. Tasty burgers were the consensus from the family, with friendly staff who walked me through the menu options.... A little pricey for 4 burgers and some fries. Read more
It?s a standard Shake Shack and meets my expectations of their locations. Which is to say it was very good if a bit pricy. As... always the deep fried cheese stuffed mushroom burger was delicious. I tried out their season fry offering and while the frieswere excellent I think I?ll go back to the standby of regular fries next time with normal ketchup. Read more
Tried the spicy shack sauce ? it loses the signature shack sauce taste for just spicy. It is a nice heat, similar to UTZ red hot... chips in spice level. Quality is great but the price increase is bananas. $15+ for shack burger w/bacon and cheese fries. Usedto cost $11-$12 for the same order. TIP: Ask for your cheese on the side!!
