This place has always been overpriced for the taste. Decided to give it another try a few weeks back, ordered one of their new... seasonal shakes to try. They gave my brother the weakest drink carrier possible and the drinks fell as soon as he left thebuilding. They wouldn't even bother replacing the soda & shake when he went back inside. So he brought my shift meal to me withno drink. Contacted the manager and left a vm, they never got back to me. Just terrible Read more
I took the food out. The wings are delicious! The staff work really hard to make every meal come out as close to perfect as... possible. The Nanuet location is really clean. Hi five to the staff and thanks for making my dinner tonight! Read more
Will never go back so tempted to call the health inspector. We have never eaten at such a bad Smashburger. The order took an... extra half hour to be done. They forgot two order of fries and gave us a hamburger with lettuce when it was supposed to be asmash bean burger. For waiting 45 min for food the fries and tots were ice cold. Two employees inside sitting eating putsfingers in her mouth then gets up put gloves on don?t wash her hands keeps touching her hair as she putting the food they forgotwith our order into the bag then sits back down with the gloves still on touching her phone and eating. Food was never prepared correctly and the manager had an attitude, never satisfied the customer even after they didn't have the... order ready. Answer from the manager was simple : you will get refund, nothing we can do about for you. Poor, poor service. Withpeople inside manager Rose, one and half hour before the store closing time, had send the associate to sweep and the customerare eating as the store is getting sweep, violations of the health protocol. I'm not sure what the company will do, but theyshould react quick before loosing more customers. Read more
The price ($20 per combo) seemed ok I guess for a hyped up chain. What I didn't like was the fact that my fries came out cold... with an decent burger. If it all came out good and hot together it could have been a 4 or maybe even 5 if fries and drink didn'tcost an extra $10 Read more
Was greeted quickly, staff was friendly. Food came out quick. Taste of the food was okay. The interior of the restaurant was a... little dirty (crumbs) from previous customers. Fairly convenient to the highway. Read more
First time and it was good. Took a bit for my order and I was the only one in there. The order even sat for a minute until the... counter guy could stop prepping napkins to pack my stuff.... and what was in my bag? No napkins. Sigh. Fries were ok.... couldhave cooked another minute. I might give them another try... Next try today (3/7/22) Ok so another try at Smashburger and thistime it was much better. My cheeseburger was good, the fish sandwich was fresh and the sweet potato fries were crunchy. Iactually received ketchup and napkins this time?. The woman running the cashier, Steph, was very helpful and polite. She evencame over and made sure everything was good. So all in all a good trip. I need to try one of their doubles? soon. Read more
We get there past 10:30 A.M. the host name Hector was very anti friendly. He did not greet us or acknowledge we were there. he... came to the register and just stood there without saying a word. I had to ask if he was ready for my order. Also he was the onlyworker at that time, the fountain drink machine wasn?t working very disappointing visit to this location. Read more
