This place is an absolute disaster. Food quality is bad and service is worse.
Extremely rude, dirty, and almost threatening. Asked me to pull forward when i had been waiting 10 minutes behind 1 car (we were... the only cars in the line), and i refused because everybody knows they send you there to waste your time. Guess they didn?tappreciate having to do their jobs?? I?m not sure but the weird little long haired kid told me he?d remember my face. Veryweird. The cashier wasn't the friendliest, he was helpful when I ordered. Food scale of 1 to 10, 7.3. but I love how the dining area is... usually not filled up with people. I also love the lighting is not too bright. Had a good conversation with Eliza, a worker whobusily tidied up the dining area but found time to chat while working about growing up and going to school in Napa, since mywife and I are debating moving there. Asked for a Beyond Burger, Chicken Waffle Sandwich with a beyond patty instead of the chicken with NO hot honey & a hash... brown. What I got was a delicious beyond burger, a chicken waffle sandwich WITH chicken & no beyond patty & now my mouth is onfire with the hot honey!!!! Tell me? Disgusting. It's never been good, but I kept giving them another chance. Never again. The burger patty was so cold that the... cheese wasn't even melted, which doesn't explain how the lettuce was wilted from heat. First bite was so gross I spit itout. The fries... soft and squishy, cold, and salted to the point of being inedible. Onion rings... so hard that it was likebiting into a stale baguette. Read more
The only reason I continue to come here is because the Vallejo store is worse. I have never been given my order correctly. There... is always an issue. Order a double got a single. Order no onions get extra. It?s always something with this place. I really likeCarl?s Jr. but this location is ruining the experience for me and everyone I know that has eaten here.
