So much potential unrealized here. Great location great little store but you can?t seem to maintain your pumps in proper working... order. It?s exceedingly frustrating, especially during a pandemic, to have to go inside your store and wait in line for areceipt that the pump is supposed to print out just so you can get your car wash code. You know this is an ongoing problembecause your staff gets really tired of hearing about it from the customer who complain regularly. It's like they never even heard of covid in there. Employee tonight wasn't wearing a mask. I'm now sick to my core that I sent... my mom in there to ask for help. The gas pump locked up. I've already made 3 calls to our local covid tip hotline about theseguys and nothing's being done. I'm never going here again. Not even if it was the last stop and go shop on earth. Read more
We shop here often for snacks as we get gas there. We came at 8:30pm on friday Oct.2. Neither attendant had their masks on their... face. The male was eating with his fingers into his mouth(maybe nachos?). Was not a safe sterile environment. We drove awaywithout even going into the store. Read more
I have been a customer for many years. In that time I have obtained a car wash card and have been doing business for sometime.... That being stated I will NEVER EVER SHOP or get Fuel there again. Napa Ca. I was stunned today 6/29/20 Employees had no mask onno gloves and many customers had zero protection on and no social distance was observed. We are in a dire time and your companyfailed in so many ways, I'm sure this will not reach the public but I will post on social media asap. The store is dirty nopaper for receipts ever. You wonder how a place can be either good or bad a while back I had purchased a car wash but their mahi e was not working he... manager told me just come.back for the coupon and I'll give it to you after several visits in about 4 week period not beingable to find the guy and all the employees not knowing what to do I finally found him today Saturday morning I ask the employeein the front if he was around he said yes what is the issue , so I told him what had happen he went back and came back out andsay he will be a couple minutes he is talking to an employee. I figure ok then all the employees disappear there other customercame in and no one out all of them in the back room not sure why finally after about 10 minutes of waithing the guy comes backup again and ask me if I'm waithing to pay I ask him to please call the manager he say he is talking to an employee so I say Ihave being waithing please tell him the is important as I figure an angry customer is more important than any issue with anemployee... he comes out again and says he will be a few minutes....... What the hell is that now I know what the employees areso careless if theis boss doesn't give a daam about a customer that is clearly not happy why would they even care I only spendfew hundred dollar a month in dissel and all my work trucks but I can take my business somewhere else you sir are anembarrassment to management please figure out your priorities and learn that business come from customers and is never moreimportant to discipline or have a chat with your employees before you take care of those who put on your table I dont know yourname all I know is that you are of Asian decent but I will find out your name and make sure your superiors know who you are Read more

The website says open 24 hours but in many occasions they are close and they never have change for big bills very inconvenient
