This Taco Bell is gross and their food is way different from every other taco bell. All of their products are 99% beans and... taste funky. They must be cutting costs by messing with the portions, and it's been this way for years now. Literally you getbeans with a sprinkle of whatever the main portion of the burrito is supposed to be, ant that's if you're lucky. Nacho cheeseand sour cream must be the most expensive because it's nowhere to be found, even though it is listed as an ingredient. What awaste of money every time at this location. Read more
The employees are inside hiding and unwilling to take your order. Sat in the drive thru for 5 min before pulling up to the... window and making eye contact with two employees. You don?t close for another hour. Avoid this location. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Guy at drive through at 9:40 taking orders messed up order bad and this was on sep 18. I... ordered 2 Mexican pizza and 1 Crunchwrap. All to recieve 2 crunch 2 nachos 4 tacos and 2 quesadillas. Read more
Dude website and the store says open at 7am everyday, came to Napa for a swim meet and we left late. Kids wanted a Taco Bell... Breakfast Box... Ordered it all online at about 7:30am and then went to get it..... Place was closed? Nobody home, waited forabout 20 minutes hoping that somebody would show up to take the order..... Nope had to cancel it and go some place else forgrub. Not a way to start you day and my kids were let down....! Read more
Went a few times and the wait has gotten progressivly longer. Drive thru was taking over 20 minutes so we went inside, ordered... at the kisok and waited another 45 minutes for our food inside. Workers had no hustle and not apologetic for the wait at all. Ilove taco bell but this location NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES. Not going back. Read more
This location STILL needs help pronto. Placed a APP order for pickup but dining room was closed had to get in drive-thru line... and wait thru 5 cars when at the pick up window had to wait till they made the order at least it was super fresh. So unless youchoose drive thru only I suggest trying El Pollo Loco or McDonald's even Jack in the box. Probably the worst Taco Bell i have ever been to. The drive thru wait time is ridiculous. The employees will start to take your... order then stop and make you wait 10 minutes until they return and ask you all the same questions over again. Dining inside ispossibly worse. No "hello", no "thank you", no "have a nice day", they literally set your food down and walk away. This locationis close to my office but id probably be better off going to the Jefferson location. We ordered a soda and a freeze. But when we didn't get our drink, the guy said the freeze machine wasn't ready and just gave us... an extra cup for soda, which we didn't need. No refund, just placed a cup on the counter, turned around and left. Read more
