This review is a result of a total lack of customer service. It began in September when I went to this location for take out... food. I received change for a $20 bill when I had given the cashier a $50. After stepping away I noticed and immediatelyreturned and asked for the correct change. After a discussion that resolved nothing, I was asked for my phone number by thenight manager and told that I would be contacted the next day. No call. After a few days I tried to find the contact info onlineand only found the "Habit Listens" website to which I sent a message describing my experience. Habit didn't listen because onceagain, no call. After my third attempt to contact this company I posted a yelp review and received a "We're sorry, pleaseprovide a phone number to reach you" response. So now, a few months later, I have still not heard from anyone. It's too badbecause Habit was our favorite burger in town and we frequented there a few times a month. It seems as though this would havebeen an easy thing to resolve given the use of cameras inside and outside of the store with it very likely that one is trainedon the counter. I am posting this because of the terrible customer service that I have received with the lost money secondary.The customer is always right and good service do not apply to this business. Read more
Don?t use curbside pick up unless you want long delays resulting in cold food and a warm drink. Even though I had a dog in the... car, I finally had to go inside for my food and just got a?Sorry, but we?ve been busy.? Their phone is completely automatedwith no option to even talk to a person. Food is excellent. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich much healthier then a hamburger. I also avoid French fries and get... their battered and fried green beans. Not sure if they are the healthier choice or not but they seem like they would be. Thisplace is usually pretty busy but they handle it well and the wait is always brief. The re eataurant is usually kept clean and wecan always find a nice table to eat at. During the summer or warmer days they have a nice outdoor dining area. I wouldrecommend Habit to anyone looking for a meal that is better then a fast food meal but at the speed and consistency of a fastfood restaurant. Read more
Good burgers with a great attitude. The staff, not the burgers. I like having the lettuce wrap option for calorie watchers.... Burgers are really tiny, but they are delicious, so are the fries. The section where you can take whatever pickles etc you wantis a good touch. It's better than most of the old and famous burger chains. Read more
