I like going on occasion. They have some pretty interesting items that I'm unable to get at other grocery stores. But, it's not... a place I would go to for my regular grocery shopping since they're pretty expensive. Is this a place I would go back to onoccasion? Sure. But it's not a place I would go out of my way to shop ar for my groceries. Read more

I am home sick with Covid so cannot responsibly go to the grocery store. I was supposed to be away on vacation for two weeks so... I had no perishables in the house when this went down. So I ordered basic necessities - food and water from Napa Whole Foods tobe delivered about 24 hours later, today 9/28/22. Then I received a text today, at the END of the 3 hr delivery window, sayingthat they had canceled my order! WTH! When I finally tracked down someone at the store who could tell me what had happened, theysaid they were short staffed and couldn?t fill all the orders. Again, WTH! Needless to say I am not happy. They shouldn?t beaccepting orders for delivery if they?re that short staffed! And they sure as heck shouldn?t be waiting until 24 hours after anorder is placed, when it is supposed to have been delivered, to advise a customer that they?ve they?ve canceled their order.Absolutely unbelievable! Now I have to start this process all over again with a different store and hope I get food and waterdelivered tomorrow. Whole Foods has definitely lost a loyal customer! Read more
