Ordered two meals They came out with sweet potatoe fries no other meals. Then came with one meal completely made no effort had... to go in after parking after the drive thru to get my money back. We were in Napanee for the Geocaching MEGA event. We like the A&W breakfast, but this time the Bacon Egger, and this was the... worst we had. The English muffin was tough and stale, and the egg did not appear fresh, as we have had in other A&W's. We loveA&W fresh breakfasts, but the quality is going down hill. An extremely frustrating location. Every time I go they park me through the drive-thru. All I ever order is one or two Buddy... burgers and occasionally fries. That's it. However, every time they take my order whether there are cars behind me or not theymake me park in front of the building and I'm waiting a minimum of 5 minutes each time for my order. Half a time if I get friesthey're cold or unsalted, and half the time I get my burgers they are thrown into the bag upside down and all over the napkinsand everything else in the bag. I'm a true supporter of a&w, it is my favorite restaurant. This location however, truly does trymy patience. Most the time I would leave the drive-thru window if I hadn't had already paid. Read more

They didn?t have fries and offered onion rings instead.it was super greasy that we couldn?t eat. They charged 4.99 for it. Dish... washer was broken and didn?t offer the cold beer in glasses. Staff were nice. Read more

Stopped over for gas and some cod burgers. Looking forward to the tasty layer of coleslaw to balance the decent pieces of cod -... and got smidge bits...not impressed. Everything else was great, the service, the place itself was kept clean. Paid over 20bucks for two combos, I'm sure more coleslaw would not hurt. Read more
