"Closed dining room because there is no staff." We wanted to support your new business, we think scheduling and hiring would be... important. Our first visit was dreadful and our third visit didn't happen. There won't be a fourth visit, we'll take ourbusiness elsewhere. Update: Dec 9, so I lied and there was a 4th visit. Let me be honest, I had looked forward to Starbucks instead of another fast food franchise. I?ve been here twice since they... opened and their food and service exceeded my expectation. I haven?t used a path for drive through as there were a long line up,but mobile order and take away order were pretty fast and satisfactory. There was a middle aged lady at the serving counter,whom I met both times I visited, she was very kind and seemed to do her job well in timely manner. About a quality of food, Istrongly recommend their ?Chicken Sandwich?. You?ll find totally a different world of the taste comparing with Whopper???? Read more
Great staff and great food. Burger king is in high demand in Napanee. Fyi... If you want faster service quit coddling you... teenagers and make them get a job. Then you can b$tch about the long wait times and the fact that the dining room isn't open. Read more
After waiting half hr in drive thru just to order, get to the window to get our food the server tells us they will be no kids... toy i asked to speak to the manager, who then proceeded to try and tell me it was my fault for the wait time, she was extremelyrude, I simply asked what compensation will be made for the two kids meals, she looks me in the face and says nothing.
