I ordered a chicken wrap, it was so small, I had too look for the chicken. Awful price for that amount of food
I ordered dinner and was given my ice cream right away but then told I would have to pull ahead and wait at the back doors for... my food and there wasn't even a line up. By the time my food came out my ice cream was a melted soupy mess and they didn't evengive me a lid so it melted all over my car. I also didn't even get the blizzard that I asked for. I asked for a Reeses PeanutButter Cup Pie blizzard with extra graham wafer and received a regular Peanut Butter Blizzard with zero graham crackers. I guessit wouldn't have really mattered anyway since it wasn't ice cream at that point anymore anyway. Unacceptable to pay $20 for oneperson for dinner and not be able to even enjoy or eat it. Very disappointing???? **Edited to reply to Dairy Queen'sunderwhelming generic response. Why would I come back? There are lots of other restaurants I can go to who don't just say theycare about customer service but will make sure if people don't receive good customer service to make it right. My only complaint is when I pay almost $9.00 for a blizzard it should be full to the top. Every time I order them it?s never... full. Read more
Would have given it a higher rating but seeing g how the whole sign wasn't lit it was very easy to drive by. Only saw the light... of the drive through menu. Read more
Great service going through the drive through which was pleasantly surprising as I don't use them very often because of a couple... trouble spots I didn't want to deal with so I would go into the store itself. The people at the window were awesome and let metake the time I needed to complete my transaction. I hate feeling rushed ! I highly recommend this one. Read more
Family of 4, we ordered 3 blizzards and a peanut buster parfait. I requested my parfiet to have icecream first before the... chocolate. Not only did he make it right. It was the best peanut buster parfait I have ever had, all three Blizzard were madewith perfect icecream to chunck ratio. Read more
Can you really say anything bad about Dairy Queen other than the calories are too high. They always have a great variety of ice... cream and hot foods. Stop at this location is very friendly and very courteous and are very helpful. The drive-thru window isvery easy to hear things in order things from. The next time you're in Napanee or at the end of town I would definitelyrecommend this location as it is one of the best Dairy Queen's I have been in. Read more
