Absolutely worst experience ever , after placing 2 online orders I got charged 3 times and I explained this to the store and... they proceeded to try and get me to pay for a fourth time . needless to say we went else where for pizza and had to contact headoffice for a refund . I will definitely not be a customer here in the future. Read more
Was not aware that when I ordered an extra large it was a square pizza. Felt ripped off.
Great staff, order ready on time and correct. Except the pizza is terrible. Dough is flavourless and lacking texture, toppings... sparse and sauce (almost) non-existent. And why is the underside of the crust so greasy? Pizza is no better than frozen, exceptpricier. Read more

A great addition the the Nappanee community. The place is run my a nice family and great friendly staff. The building is newly... renovated and in a good location.
