Absolutely worst experience ever , after placing 2 online orders I got charged 3 times and I explained this to the store and... they proceeded to try and get me to pay for a fourth time . needless to say we went else where for pizza and had to contact headoffice for a refund . Was not aware that when I ordered an extra large it was a square pizza. Felt ripped off.
Great staff, order ready on time and correct. Except the pizza is terrible. Dough is flavourless and lacking texture, toppings... sparse and sauce (almost) non-existent. And why is the underside of the crust so greasy? Pizza is no better than frozen, exceptpricier. Read more

I love deep dish. We get it every two weeks. Never an issue. But tonight when I got home I was a little disappointed. We... ordered cheese pizza and we got two pepperoni pizzas. I don't eat pork. A great addition the the Nappanee community. The place is run my a nice family and great friendly staff. The building is newly... renovated and in a good location. I have been here on numerous occasions and everytime has been great. No food missing no rudeservice just a great place overall. If you can't decide what to cook once night or are too busy.
