I was on a trip with my family, we arrived at this location and I came in by myself to purchase some food for take out. The... employee at the cash told me they couldn?t take my order because they close at 9pm. I checked the time and it was 8:40pm. Hesaid they don?t take anymore orders at this time because they need 30 mins to clean everything before they leave. I told him Icouldn?t believe this, he said they won?t take anymore orders. I asked for his name and he said it was Arman. I never had a badexperience with a restaurant like this, and we usually enjoy this restaurant. Order for pick up at 6:10, not ready because only one staff working (understandable) but then at 6:30 tells us they don?t have... any mild fingers for our order. Ordered 8 mild and 8 spicy. Why wait until 20 minutes a to tell us you don?t have any?? Thenargues with us when we say we want our money back because my kids aren?t going to eat spicy chicken fingers. This might be the first one star review I?ve ever given on Google. I?ve attended this restaurant three times over the past year,... and it?s three strikes you?re out. Chicken fingers were raw at the tip (I don?t mean there was a vein and a little pink, it waslegit raw) and the mashed potato had the consistency of Elmers Glue. My brother described the chicken sandwich as slimy. Frieswere good and fresh and hot. But it wasn?t enough to redeem this location. Each visit over the span of months is the same story- long wait for poorly prepared food in a dirty restaurant Pop machine was broken and didn?t have Coke, lemonade, sprite, andthe machine squirted everywhere on the working options. Great addition to the area. Adds a little bit of the south flavour. Spicy or non spicy food here. Warm atmosphere, very clean... and inviting. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
