I hadn't been to a Carl's Jr. in several years. Good menu, (no salads) fast service. My food was great. I will be back.
I waited in drive thru 15 min to place my order, I ordered a charbroiled BBQ chicken sandwich which is on the menu, when I got... to the window to pay the guy at the window said you ordered a chicken club, I said no I ordered BBQ chicken he kept saying ok.then my crosscut fry had not even been put down to cook so they asked me to pull up and another 10 minutes. worst experience Iever had. Was there at 11pm and waited at beginning of line for about 5 minutes. Girl was discussing intensely with another girl in the... office about something, possibly someone not showing up. Final she came up to us and two customers behind us and told us shecouldn't help us now. Went into Love's and it was a zoo and got hot dogs. 15 minutes later walked by Carl's and they obviouslyhad reopened. We may have waited if we had known. Read more

Should have known it would be bad when they said they were out of ice. I was the ONLY vehicle in the drive through and waited... 15min before asking for a refund. I counted 9 employees behind the counter and it was obvious chaos. Assistant manager came overand never once looked me in the eye, she said they were training employees, I said I wanted a refund, she seemed very annoyed.No wonder I waited so long, it?s incredibly mismanaged.
