Do yourself a favor and never eat at any Aurelio's. We already boycott the Downers Grove one because they're managed so terribly... but we came to this one with family and hoped our issues were localized to Downers Grove. They took 20 minutes to make drinks.Then they took nearly an hour to make the food which they then couldn't deliver because they "dropped it" and had to be remade.Ok fine. Please bring us bread to at least give us some food to survive. No bread it comes AFTER the "remade" food. Veryinteresting the bread took longer to make then the food they remade. So they obviously picked it up off the floor and re-servedit. I honestly tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I joked our issue was with Downers Grove. They couldn't all be thatbad. But turns out they are. Do yourself a favor and avoid ALL Aurelio's. And if they do screw up so bad you're upset enough towrite a review. Rest assured they won't give you a single discount or free dessert or anything. Read more

This is becoming one of our regular go to spots. The reason? The bar area is nice and friendly which is where we sit. The food... is good and the pizza is delicious. The menu is simple but there's enough variety to suit most tastes. The biggest reason isthe game day beer special (no longer available). We choose this place over most other locations due to that alone. Currentlythey have $2 16 oz Old Styles. During Bears games they had Miller Lite draft specials. Best thin crust pizza in Naperville. The sauce is the best a little sweet a little savory always delicious.

Had good pizza here, and the staff are great. However on a hot day the a/c is cranked up so high it is uncomfortable. Not just... me most were complaining and it made the dining experience less than great. Read more
